Shipping & returns

At DoseBuddy, we stand by the quality of our products. If something’s not right, we’ll sort it out.

Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If your DoseBuddy arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us by emailing support@dosebuddy.co within 30 days of receiving it.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Banks may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
  • We do not offer refunds for cap fit issues. The DoseBuddy cap is not guaranteed to fit all medicine bottles.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns of used products unless they’re faulty.
  • This policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
